THere ARE MANY different ways to work out. Also with what to work out with. For example you can work out at the gym paying lots of money in different months. or you can just make a diy weight spending less money and being creative. For example like my weights are concrete bricks which are not expensive to buy. or you can make your own bricks. Make concrete and leave them in a mold to get a brick shape.
Their are two diffrent ways to make these weights. The first way to make this weight is to go to the store to buy concrete. Once you have the concrete you buy a mold or create a mold out of wood. Make sure that you make your mold in a rectangular form to get bricks. Let them dry and then take them out of the mold. Then find a good and strong wood or metal stick to make your bricks sturdy.
The other way to do this is in this way. You go to your local hardware store or anywhere to find cement bricks. With having the cement bricks all you need to do is to put them together with the pole or stick of wood. You can do this by using super glue or tape and attach it together. Then anything else you want to add you can. You can paint the bricks or make them weigh more or leds than 5 pounds each.
If you do paint the bricks, make sure that they are dry so that you wont get paint on your hands. Also make sure that the weight has two weights that weigh the same. This being so that it is not uneven. You can decide how much you want it to weigh and the size of the weight. Either it being small or big it needs to be comfratable to hold and to lift up. You can also add a sort of padding on the weight to prevent blistered.
